Return Policy

Thanks for trying out our eyewear but we want you to be completely satisfied. We offer full refunds for 1 item per order within 14 days. Original packaging along with any labels and barcodes must be returned with sunglasses in order to receive a full refund. Items must not show any signs of wear or use. Flat $10 fee for return shipping.

 
    1. Initiate a return by clicking on the “RETURN ORDER” button below. You’ll need your ORDER # and the EMAIL you used for your purchase

    2. Fill out the necessary information, choose your shipping method and proceed to process your return.

    3. You’ll receive a confirmation email with RMA#. After your return has been initiated, you will receive instructions on how to ship your eyewear back to our warehouse.

  • We will provide you with a label but there will be flat $10 fee for shipping.

    If you decide not to use our shipping label, please make sure to send your eyewear back with tracking + insurance and input the tracking # at our return center http://gohsh.returnscenter.com as we will not be responsible for missing eyewear. Thank you!

  • Unfortunately, we’re unable to process an exchange. We recommend that you order the pair you’d like before we run out of stock and then initiate a return by clicking the RETURN ORDER button below.

  • Refunds will be made to the original form of payment.

    We process all refunds within 48 hours of receiving your eyewear. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear back on your account.

    Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

  • If you have any other issues, please email us at info@gohsh.com within 7 days of purchasing. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can and address any issues on a case by case basis.
